Spencer Partners Terms of Engagement and Fees

Our typical fee structure for advising on a company sale comprises:

  • Non-contingent retainer or daily rate fees, invoiced monthly or on milestones or for discrete deliverables (e.g. production of an Information Memorandum).

  • A success fee contingent on completing an acquisition, which is calculated as a percentage of the purchase consideration and is payable on completion.

  • Out-of-pocket expenses, invoiced monthly.
