Our directors' particular blend of skills and experience enables Spencer Partners to provide its clients with high quality, relevant and pragmatic advice.

All client assignments are handled by two of the directors personally, from beginning through to completion, without any delegation to others. The benefit of the experience and complementary skills of the directors is thereby made fully and directly available to our clients.

Spencer Partners places a strong emphasis on taking a professional and commercial approach, including giving high priority to maintaining confidentiality and fully committing the necessary significant amount of time and resource to each mandate.

Our low cost structure, including our location out of London (though with quick and easy access to Central London), means that we can pass on this cost benefit to our clients in the form of competitive levels of fees.

We help our clients to find the right purchaser or acquisition target, to secure the optimum terms (looking at the transaction as a whole) and to protect the value of the business during this process by minimising the disruption involved.
