Spencers Partners (formerly called Ranzau Corporate Finance Limited) was established to focus on advising owner-managed companies and their shareholders on selling their businesses, and also to advise on strategic business acquisitions.

Its formation was a joint venture between Hewitsons LLP
(a leading UK law firm) and two chartered accountants with successful track records in setting up, operating and selling businesses in diverse market sectors.

The directors of Spencer Partners are qualified lawyers or chartered accountants, each with many years experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals as senior legal or City advisers or as principals of their own businesses ... please see Our Directors for further details.
